Jefferson Mule
This is a kickin’ mule. A favorite of ours here in Jefferson County, WV. Tangy, spicy, a bit sweet, very smooth. A versatile drink perfectly at home at cocktail parties, quilting bees, bachelor parties, jousting or fishing tournaments. One part vodka,1 part Ginger SweetShine,1 part fresh lime juice. Add all components with ice to a cocktail shaker. Shake it like you stole it for 15 seconds. Pour into a copper mug or Collins glass filled with ice, top with soda water and garnish with a lime wheel, however Real Men garnish with nothing. This is kickin’, not sissy!
