Equal parts of fresh red grapefruit juice, Raspberry Lemon SweetShine and a favorite vodka shaken together with ice then strained into a traditional Martini Glass with a bit o’ lemon garnish is the finest scurvy beating, pirate and damsel satisfying drink that we know. Can also be served over ice in a tall pewter mug for serious seamen and women.

Raspberry Lemon Cosmo
Classic! Freeze a martini glass. Sugar rim the edge. Pour in a shaker over ice: two parts Raspberry Lemon, with one and a half parts of vodka and one part tonic. Sip. Enjoy. Oooooh. Aaaaaahh. Beware the neighbors may notice.

Sardinia Soother
Vigorously shake together equal parts Raspberry Lemon, Hard Lemonade and a scoop of Ciao Bella Blood Orange sorbet. Pour over ice. Garnish with a few whole raspberries.

Tangy Slushy
In a standard blender about half full of ice, add one bottle of Hard Lemonade and about a third of a bottle of either Limoncello or Raspberry Lemon. Press the appropriate button, pour and sip. Remember to put the lid on the blender BEFORE pressing the button!

Raspberry Lemon Habanero Margarita

  • 1 oz mezcal
  • 1 oz Raspberry Lemon SweetShine
  • 5 drops habanero bitters
  • 2-3 oz fresh sours mix, to taste
  • lime wheel
  • cayenne pepper salt (1 Tbsp kosher salt + 1/4 tsp cayenne pepper)

Raspberry Lemon Grown-Up Slushie

  • 1/2 c. Raspberry Lemon SweetShine
  • 1 c. fresh lemonade
  1. Combine ingredients in a shallow freezer-safe container and freeze until solid, about 2 hours.
  2. Scoop frozen mixture into a chilled glass to serve.

Ruby Raspberry Margarita

  • 1 oz Raspberry Lemon SweetShine
  • 2 oz tequila
  • 3/4 oz fresh lime juice
  • 1 oz ruby red grapefruit juice
  1. Shake ingredients with ice until frothy.
  2. Serve over ice in a margarita glass.
  • 1 oz Raspberry Lemon SweetShine 
  • 1 oz whiskey
  • 1 raspberry pomegranate teabag
  • 3 oz hot water
  • pinch cayenne
  • pinch cinnamon
  1. Steep raspberry pomegranate teabag in 3 oz hot water until desired strength. Remove teabag.
  2. Add Raspberry Lemon SweetShine, whiskey, cayenne and cinnamon. Stir.
  3. Serve hot.
