Peach Shine

ps-sweetshine-display-label-art-04_16_13-100x300-1Passionately Playful Peach

Best if served at room temperature or slightly chilled. The natural pectin will thicken this hooch when cold. Add an ice cube or your favorite bubbly—club soda, tonic or Preseco—to change and lighten the flavor profile!

Purely peach with a hint of earthiness—like the rays of sunshine on a warm summer day. Light, sweet and refreshingly playful. Best if served from the fridge. Note: the natural pectin from the peach thickens the hooch over time. This girl ‘shines best over ice where her flavors meld and blend together beautifully.

Sex on the Peach

Our Sex on the Peach is very easy. It is simply:

1 part Peach SweetShine

1 part ginger ale

2 parts cranberry juice

splash of lime juice

Feel free to add an additional part of vodka, rum, tequila, or champagne to this for an added kick. This is a recipe that has tons of possibilities so ope

Drink Outside the Box
Dark barrel-aged gin, Peach SweetShine and tonic in equal parts served over ice in a whiskey tumbler with a cherry and cucumber garnish makes one pause, review the taste sensations, sip again and then feel a sense of appreciation for the creative soul that has delivered this expectation-banishing, palate-expanding, brow-cooling, liquid mindbender for your body to savor.

Shenandoah Cider Cool
Refreshing and as invigorating as a swim in the river on a hot July day. This cheeky cider will have you wanting to ride a rope swing in to the chilly bliss or at least sip from the shore and smile. Two parts Hard cider ( Lite version: use sparkling cider), 1 part spice rum, 1 part Peach SweetShine served over ice in a tall tumbler.

Virginia Volcano
Our take on a Peach Colada! Tough to geographically place this taste. Is it from the islands? Is it from Georgia? Not quite… our peach sweetened ‘shine explodes the taste buds and turns an old standby on its head. This is great served up over ice or as a frozen drink blended with ice. Pour together 1 part coconut rum, 1 part pineapple juice, 1 part Peach SweetShine. Some fresh fruit garnish is nice. Try orange and kiwi, but for the real Virginia Volcano garnish try it with a bit of salted jalapeño slice.

Cream Shine Bellini or Bubbly Bubba
Champagne or Prosecco cocktails send a simple message, “Nothing too good for my guests.” Classy, yes, but maybe a bit pretentious unless you are christening your yacht. Let us help manage your image. Start with either bubbly, selecting a dry white version, then add a bit of Peach SweetShine and a bit of Cremma Lemma SweetShine. This really says nothing is too good for my friends and what can be less pretentious than a drink of bubbly mixed with two SweetShines? That there is Hillbilly Chic, cuz.
