Gin Genie

Are you ready for another Rocktail? Inspired by David Bowie’s “Jean Genie” we give you the Gin Genie!

Here’s what you need:

Fresh blueberries

Lemon wedge

1 1/2 oz gin

1 oz Limoncello SweetShine

Club soda

Start by adding a lemon wedge and blueberries to a mixing glass.

Give your Limoncello SweetShine a good shake.

Pour 1 oz over fruit.

Muddle (press and twist).

Add 1 1/2 oz gin. Cover and shake.

Strain into a class over ice.

Top with club soda.

Garnish with lemon and blueberries, if desired.

Mix this one up for any summertime gathering!

Strawberry Basil Lemon Drop

Mix this one up for any summertime gathering!

Quarter strawberries and place in pitcher
Add blueberries.

Add Limoncello SweetShine.

Top with white wine and stir.

Serve over ice and garnish with more berries and mint.

Blueberry Quencher

Blueberry Quencher

School may be back in session, but summer isn’t over yet! Chill out this weekend with Bloomery’s Blueberry Quencher.

Here’s what you’ll need:

1 oz Limoncello SweetShine

1 oz Gin

1 oz Fresh Lemonade

8-10 Fresh Bluberries, plus more for garnish

In a mixing glass (I use a super fancy mason jar) cover 8-10 Fresh Blueberries with 1 oz Limoncello.

Gently muddle (press & twist).

Add ice.

Add 1 oz Gin.

Add 1 oz Fresh Lemonade.

Cover and shake.

Strain into chilled cocktail glass.

Garnish with fresh blueberry skewer.
