A refreshing, summery SweetShine cocktail!

  1. In a mixing glass muddle 5 mint leaves with 4 fresh honeydew balls. Add Ginger SweetShine and rum. Add ice, cover, and shake vigorously until ice cold. Fill glass with frozen honeydew balls and strain chilled mixture into glass. Top with club soda. Garnish with mint sprig.
