Making Spirits Bright

This festive digestif is inspired by my childhood favorite, Aunt Libby’s gingerbread cookies!  Serve a round after your holiday dinner.  Or before.  Or during.  There’s never a bad time, really.  I might have one right now!

Gingerbread Man

  • 1 1/2 oz spiced rum
  • 1 oz Pumpkin Spice SweetShine
  • 3/4 oz Ginger SweetShine
  • Stir over ice and strain into chilled cordial glass (shot glasses work, too!)
