Making Spirits Bright
This festive digestif is inspired by my childhood favorite, Aunt Libby’s gingerbread cookies! Serve a round after your holiday dinner. Or before. Or during. There’s never a bad time, really. I might have one right now!
- 1 1/2 oz spiced rum
- 1 oz Pumpkin Spice SweetShine
- 3/4 oz Ginger SweetShine
- Stir over ice and strain into chilled cordial glass (shot glasses work, too!)
